S160-05 5.5 lbs Series 160 Coil Balance

I have returned various window parts due to incorrect product selection. To further assist me, I would like to ship samples of my broken window parts for someone to examine and then tell me exactly what I need for proper replacement. Please advise how I can do this.

I would like to purchase 2 sets of replacements for both sides of the window. I can't figure out the correct weight to buy I also can't figure out how to get the old parts out and the new ones in, Can you give directions for that? Thanks, Rick

I can only see the following #'s & name on the window Swiggle seal 111901 ODW-12-01 I do not know what brand window it is, all I know is it is a tilt in vinyl replacement.

1999 Simonton windows 35.5 x 59.5" Two balance coils each side. Both coils snapped on one side of sash. Coil supports mounted at top and pivot shoes at bottom of sash appear to match your 15-111. I have a heavy tilt sash window (44" wide) that I took out for cleaning. I wanted to see what kind of channel balance I would need if I ever wanted to replace it. Single hung GA vinyl windows. Double coil springs, pivot shoe, and coil support. Spring is 5#, 35", and is 3/8" inch wide. Other marking on spring appears to be the number 5232. Shoe is 1 1/4" wide and 9/16" thick. And a coil support.

The springs are labeled #5.5 35" P I need eight(8) assemblies. I am assuming they work on both the left and right sides. Depending on the cost, I may want to buy a couple of extras. Our bottom sash weighs 30lbs and has a triple coil balance that needs replaced. We feel almost certain we need the Series 160 coils. There is no stamp identifier on the old coils that we could find. Do we need three of the 4.5lbs coils (13.5lbs) or three of the 5.5lbs (16.5lbs) coils for the 30l ... (cont.)

Hello, I have 3 windows roughly the same size that have all stopped working. The common part that is failing is the ribbon balance. One shows just the bent coil, another shows all of the parts used, and the third shows the other side, installed. I have single hung Simonton window left side double coil balancer broke. My question is one of the coils have a #3 stamped/ engraved in it , but the other coil stamp isnt visiblie. Hi, I have a window where the side "spring" i would say is broken. Not sure what the technical term is but I cant seem to find it anywhere. It is a white cassette like part that is on both the right and left side.

I need to replace the balance coils on my Simonton Windows. I attached a picture of the sticker in the frame of the window. Hopefully you can help.
