S795-22 22" Series 795 Channel Balance

Need several of these

I am looking to help my family member fix their windows and they have this style balance arm. I have only ever dealt with the metal spiral balance arms. They are 22" if anyone can give knowledge and tips on the job I would be forever grateful

I have a balance (that is screwed in at the top) and a shoe for the balance that I need help identifying. I would like to purchase 2 of each and of any other item that is needed. It is a non-tilt window.

Hello can someone help ensure I order the correct channel balancers for my windows. I have titling, plain balancers with 34B stamped on them. The top of the balancer connects into the inner window frame with a hook while the bottom has a T-Lock Shoe with the part number (6679000). It appears i c ... (cont.)

Has "22B BSI" imprinted on metal. Am I missing parts? Balancers fell out and I haven't been able to reinstall

These pictures are from the window balance of my fiberglass Pella window purchased in 2008. It is from the bottom window. The pivot shoe at the bottom of the balance broke. Attic windows with tilt capability. Only no. pat. 5737877. Will need 12. Top and bottom.

I have 6 windows I am needing to replace the balances on, upper and lower on both sides of windows. The upper balances are 24 inches, lower are 22 inches. I have one window that will need both lowers balances replaced, it is 14 inches.

I have 8 windows that need balances. 3 of the 36"x32". 3 of the 32"x34". 2 of the 36" x 24." (These are the dimensions of the lower frame. See pics please.) They are double-hung tilt-in windows made in the late 1990s. I've attached pics of the mechanisms, parts and labels.

Pella double hung windows from Lowe's in 2006. Metal is 22 inches long, labeled 22C BSI. Rivet for bottom of spring broke off, black plastic sash guard at top broken. Pivot lock shoe is 1 inch. MW vinyl tilt-in double-hung unit Balance is broken on lower sash left hand side. Connection at top broken off at the top and still stuck in the window side frame - appears to just snap in??

My S 795 22 5'' With a 15 195b open cam. The closest one I can find and want to know if it will work. S 795 23e looks exact but diffent stamps. The cam on 23e is 15 195. Can l use or should a order 15 195b I'm ready to order. Thanks for your helpp

I am looking to replace (2) channel balances and (2) pivot locking shoes (?) for a tilt out window for which I cannot find the manufacturer.
