I have double hung tilt vinyl windows. In the picture there is a hook that goes on the top of frame. Your 795 model does not show a hook? Is there one like this? This balance is marked 34b and measures 34 inches. The foot has pat # 4610108. The top clip doesn't have any markings Except for the top clip, it looks like a s795. I believe this was part of an atrium window.

I have a condo that was built in 2004. It has 4 single hung vinyl windows. 3 of the balances are 34C and 1 is 28B. They all hook in at the top instead of screw. The window channel that the balance slips into is 1/2"wide. I want to replace all of the balances and a couple left and right tilt latch ... (cont.)

One of my tilt window Channel balances broke apart. The channel measures 34 inches from one end of the metal U channel to the other, excluding the plastic stuff sticking out. I have 2 windows that no longer stay up. 2 sets of springs. The springs seem OK, but the plastic clip that attaches to them does not stay in the metal springs anymore. Not sure how the plastic clips "attach" and if I need new springs with the plastic clip to hold the windows or just the new plast ... (cont.)
