Window Crank Issue
Hi, When I turn to the right to close window the inner spindle and top nut pops out and unscrews itself. It does not come entirely out but I can screw it back in and put nut back on. Window Lock/Unlock lever
38-099 seems to be my window lock, it has locked closed and I can not get the window open now? Lever just flips up and down and will not work anything, not open or unlock window? How do I get this window open or part off to replace?

I am trying to fix Truth entrygard gears and arms on a vinyl window. I can't seem to figure out how to remove the vinyl window parts to access the screws to remove the operator gears and arms. Replacing old awning operator, how do I remove?
I need to replace a awning operator with the measurements of appox, 16" from the window attachment crack out to the inner connection. My best guess of the arms at full close is just over 21". How does one remove the old operator. Is there a special tool or trick to do this? Thank you ... (cont.)

Replacing 39-096/097? How do I do it?
Please explain how to replace the 39-096 and 39-097 in an existing mounted window? Do they just side in and out? Do I have to some how dismantle the bottom molding (without breaking it) to access the cranks? Please advise

we have LP windows (American Seal) they were purchased approx 14 years ago and one of the crank assemblies is broken. the worm gear just spins out of the housing when you try to close the window. it appears as though the housing is stripped out where the keeper bushing screws in on top of the worm g ... replacing window cranks--lift moulding?
I am replacing a 39-156 crank in my home. The 4 mounting screws are under bottom moulding and hard to extract. Can i pry this moulding off and replace it after i get the crank installed ? or should i use special scrwedriver ? thanks

Entryguard truth is stamped on the longer of the two arms. the longer arm is 9.5 inches and the shorter hinged am is 3 13/16 of an inch.
