Do you know what part this is for Alenco window?

Hi I need the balance assembly including the shoe for a simonton single hung vinyl window. Window is roughly 15- 20 years old.

I need to determine the size of springs I need for these windows. The original springs are 3/8 inch wide, but I could not find any markings of the weight for each spring. The windows are 33 3/8 x 29 inches. The plastic cover is for 3 springs, but there are only 2 springs in each one. How do you d ... (cont.)

Hello, I wanted to know if you guys carry a double coil cover that is thinner than the 15-204? I've attached a picture. The 15-204 is at the top. It's too wide to fit inside of the window frame. Specifically the 2 plastic pieces on the back.

I have some tilt windows, and I need to replace all the hardware pieces. I'm stumped on the spring, the ones on there right now are double springs. I'm looking for the part in this picture. We recently bought a house and all the windows have this on both sides of each window. Four of them have cracked and broken this summer. It looks simple enough to replace the part but I cannot find it.

I'm not sure what this part is called but I need to order left and right replacements.

Hi, Our house was built in 2000, and all of our tilt latches and dual coil covers are crumbling to pieces. The bar code says Monton Windows, not sure if its the same as Simonton or not. I have bought a couple products but nothing fits. For example our tilt latch appears to have a Top Plate length of ... (cont.)
