I need to replace at least the covers of these balancers, which have degraded and crumbled from UV exposure. I think the coils themselves as well as the coil shoes are still good, but I'm happy to replace those as well if that makes more sense.

The spring unit is 4.5 inches long. There are no markings on it. Installed in 2002 when house was built. The coil cover allows the sash spring clip to slide over top of it. Hoping to replace all 3 parts in all windows in my home

I do know that I need 15-199 pivot shoes, I do know that I need Series 165 coils, but I dont know the balance....please help me.
