The picture is the side that is on but in other side is broken and missing parts

Hello-my window won't stay up anymore, and I can see that the metal spring and the plastic rocker at the bottom are broken. I don't know about the plastic box at the top. I know it's best to replace the parts on both sides. Which parts do you think I need? Thank you for your help. ... (cont.)

Looking to replace right side lower balance springs ion Simonton double hung window. Appears to my uneducated eye to be double spring. Window installed in 2007. Did not remove as I need to wait to spread the channel for removal. Also looking for replacement locks between upper and lower sash. ... (cont.)

The only markings I can see besides CHINA is a faint 409 on the coil. This is the bottom sash of a vinyl simonton window. I have many of these similarly broken. You helped me previously on another window of a different type.

My techs' comment's: Can't test out the balancers because the pin is broken also, they're not a standard balancer. Looks like it's a coil with a pulley built into it. Pin that slides into the bottom of the window is approximately 2 3/4 long 5/16 wide and approximate a quarter inch high ... (cont.)

I would like to know which coiled balance spring I need to buy, knowing that my original ones have the # 405 on them.And do I need new certain teed lance spring cover on them?Is it ok ... (cont.)

I need a balancer assembly and a pivot bar for a Simonton double-hung sash. The balancer goes on the right side of the window facing it from inside the house, and the pivot bar goes on the left. the photos of the installed balancer are of the left one, as I had already removed the broken right side ... I am look for replacement coils, shoes and pivot bars for Simonton hurricane rated windows. They are double coils. The coil is stamped 408. The coils are 3/4" wide. I have pictures. Can you assist me?thanks,Gary

The balances have broken on a double hung window on the right side of the window but unsure which parts are needed. Pictures have been uploaded.

Can't find any numbers. From looking at videos and pictures, think these are the replacement parts: 15-259 15-255 5159 26-083 Its a double hung window.

I have 22 year old Certainteed windows, I have 1 that's 31x57 ish. and the balance coil broke. The old one that's still good looks like a figure 8 (almost broken also) and the other one is the broken one. The plastic piece it hangs on is 1.25 x 1.5 inches. Based on your website photos I believe I have the part name correct. It is 7/8ths wide. I'm hoping you can make sense of the numbers on the product tag. As you can see in my picture ours has suffered a catastrophic failure. RIP ? Are you able to provide a replacement?
