I am looking to replace the right side window 11 lbs coil spring . I am not sure which part number to use from your website.

Constant cam pivot tensioner from an older DH replacement window possibly installed by Sears.Only markings are "China" Size is approximately 3/4"

I returned Pivot Shoe 15-192 because it has extended rails/guides either side, making it not a suitable fit for my 2007 Simonton brand windows. I see that pivot shoes fit right or left. I need 12 to replace in my three Simonton Windows brand double-hung windows. My photo includes dimensions of the pivot shoe. Please advise which of your pivot shoes might fit my application. thank you

Could you help with this? My window measures 42"x28" for a single section. I need to replace the pivot lock shoe and coil spring assembly.

This thing broke in half under the cam. I don't know if it's part of a larger piece. The window tilts but only stays in position on one side. The windows are probably 15 years old at least. Can you guys help me out?

Hi, I have a bottom sash, Simonton I believe, installed 1996, 35.5 inches by 25 inches. Each side has two springs 405 J. Photo attached. The broken parts are both pivots and one shoe. I am looking for a support shoe for a prism platinum double hung window that I bought in 2002. The part in picture is the broken piece. The right half should fasten into the coil. It measures one and a half inches high on the left side. It is 7/8 wide and 1 3/8 across

Both my right and left internal balance, pivot shoe and sash stops broke on my simonton double hung window.

I have an existing double-hung white window with a broken piece that keeps the top half secured up when open. Looking for replacement piece.
