I am having issues re installing lapage double hung windows into clips on the balance. I have installed hundreds of windows but can't figure out these!The clips won't accept the pins?

I'm looking for a replacement pulley block for a Loewen double hung window. I've included pictures of the removed channel. Spring is fine, but the pot metal of the pulley broke. The label on the inside of the channel is DB 102 14 REG.

Many thanks for your correspondence. The Series 751 Ribbed balance has a broken knife shoe, the 15-014. If the the cord and spring is fine, you just need to replace the shoe; if not, you will need a new Series 751 ribbed balance. The balances are stamped as follows,04/08 unique 32-E-50 need 44 balances for 11 double hung windows. 04/08 unique 36-E-50 need 12 balances for 3 double hung windows

Left and right tilts pins needed for LePage Windows (mfg. in Canada). There are no names, numbers or markings on the piece. Height: 1 inch & 9/32 Width: 1 inch & 3/16 Depth: 5/16 The windows in my apartment were installed approx 6 years back.

Balance spring is 32" long, my bottom sash weighs 17 lbs., tilt windows. It is definitely a plain channel balance not the ribbed. What replacement part do you suggest?
