HI, I need to replace broken aluminum windows sash balances. I ordered 2 pieces a couple of moths ago, but they did not match the originals. The part I order is S371-28. Hello I need channel balances for a vinyl single hung non tilting window. The marking is 27 4 BSI ND. The metal part measures 1/2" (9/16" actual) wide by 28". The foot is 1 3/32" deep. I don't have access to a scale to weigh the sash but it is 32"w by 30"h and is a basic dual pane vinyl sash. I ... (cont.)

Balance is 28" long and is stamped with 27 4 CALDWELL HM. Pictures include both ends including the stamped information provided. I will need a total of 4 balances for 2 windows. Bottom shoe looks like 15-004 and top shoe is similar to 19-002 but has wings as shown in picture

i have 4 windows with no channel balance...window is 36? x 30?...double pane aluminum frame...only bottom slides up and down...total window is 72? tall...what channel balance do i need...thank you mike

Looking to replace the existing top sash guides on several windows where this part is broken. The photos show one that is not broken. Window balance for 25 year old Atrium wood windows

Hi! I need balances for 5 windows. My measurement for the width for the balances is 5/8. The balance is 28 inches. The window pane is 34 inches x 29 inches. I attaching a picture of a patio door handle also. Please let me know what to order. Thank You!

Need 4 channel balance and 10 plastic part connected to window

It feels like something is obstructing it which leaves a 1" gap at the bottom. Works all the way up just doesn't go down all the way. Can't find anything blocking the channels.

Bought a new house. Windows dont work well. Found out balance springs were replaced with wrong tensions (or that is at least what nice Home Depot employee told me)....BUT I dont know what to replace them with.
