Stamped on one of the balancers is 28B USB. Could also be 283 USB. OPL Listing #16742-1C (If this means anything to you) Are the size of the balancers needed also determined by the weight of the windows? Dear help Desk, I am looking for 4 channel balances Part # S377 18" long but the window weight is 28 pounds, I am located in south Florida , I have hurricane impact windows that are heavier than the weights listed on your site. Can you help me here? Thanks Drew

The channel balance I ordered (S380-29) are too deep for the window. Need 1/2 by 1/2 by 29. In the process of ordering it, I was only asked to measure the width. I would like to exchange for proper size. Thank Laura

Hi, hoping you can help! This is for a small non tilt bathroom window. The metal is 9 inches long, total length is 10 inches. Width is about 1/2". No identifying number that I can see. Thanks in advance. Chris M.

hello, I need to replace my broken window balance.I will need the pair. there are two sizes. the first is 30 inch long, width is 1/2 inch. second one is 24 inch long, width is 1/2 inch.

A handyman looked at 2 windows in the house that would not stay opened after pushing the windows up. He said both windows need the same part replaced. I attached pictures of the part. I have a 5 windows (non-tilting) with failed sash balances. Per the photos the existing balances are Caldwell 30 3 AN. Metal piece is 31"L x 9/16"W x 5/8"D. The top sash guide has tabs on each side and measures 1/2"D. The bottom sash guide has tabs on each side and measures 15/16"D. The window is ... (cont.)

Only different between these 2 parts is the bottom and it's a 3/32 different. I think my part is the 385 series.
